- Company: Renowned Machine Manufacturing Company

- Location: Dankuni, West Bengal

- Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

- Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience; open to freshers and experienced candidates)

- Role Summary: Target-driven B2B Telecaller responsible for outbound calls, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Requires strong spoken English, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to convert conversations into business opportunities.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to manufacturers, distributors, and other B2B prospects to introduce products/services

• Qualify leads, record key details in CRM

• Schedule meetings and transfer warm leads to sales

• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions

• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps

- Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

• Experience: Freshers welcome; prior B2B telecalling or sales experience preferred

• Language: Fluency in spoken English

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive speaking, basic computer knowledge, CRM or MS Excel familiarity is an advantage

• Attributes: Confident on phone, target-oriented, good listening skills, professional demeanor, ability to work under pressure
