• Experience Required:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tele Sales / Loan Sales
• Prior experience in DSA Channel preferred
• Team handling experience is mandatory

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Leader – Tele Sales for Loan Sales in the DSA Channel. The candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, team-building capability, and the ability to drive sales performance through effective team management.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the Tele Sales team for Loan Sales
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team
• Handle day-to-day team operations and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Generate business through outbound calling and lead conversion
• Monitor team productivity, performance, and quality
• Train and mentor team members to improve sales skills and conversion ratios
• Maintain strong coordination with internal departments and DSA partners
• Ensure proper follow-up and customer relationship management
• Prepare sales reports and MIS updates for management
• Drive team discipline, motivation, and target-oriented culture

• Experience in Personal Loan / Business Loan / Mortgage / Financial Products sales preferred
