Requirements:
Female candidate (18–32 years)
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Customer support and relationship management
Strong sales and communication skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
Regular customer follow-up
Dedicated, responsible, and target-oriented
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
