Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, compassionate and disciplined Male Hostel Warden to join our CBSE Senior Secondary School. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being and all-round development of the boarders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and look after the day-to-day activities and discipline of hostel students
- Ensure safety, security and well-being of all boarders.
- Create a positive, homely and conducive environment for students.
- Guide and mentor students in their personal and academic development.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers and school authorities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of hostel premises
- Handle emergencies and report any issues promptly.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate will be preferred.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is essential.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a residential school/hostel environment (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Age: Preferably below 50 years.
- The candidate should be physically fit, disciplined and of good moral character.
