Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, cash book, and ledgers.
- Handle fee collections, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Process monthly payroll and generate salary statements.
- Manage PF & ESI calculations, challan payments, ECR uploads, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations.
- Deduct and file TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, and support audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, GST, PF, ESI, Payroll, and TDS compliance.
Skills:
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to meet compliance deadlines.
