Job Description

Material Estimation & Cost Control

​BOQ & Estimation Verification: Review design layouts to calculate precise material estimates (plywood, laminates, hardware, paint, glass) before orders are placed.

​Day-to-Day Purchase Tracking: Maintain a daily digital log of all materials delivered to various active project sites. Cross-verify delivery chalans with initial vendor quotes.

​Budget Deviation Flagging: Monitor project-wise expenses daily and immediately flag if a site is crossing its allocated material budget.

​2. Vendor & Labor Payout Management

​Vendor Ledger Management: Maintain clean up-to-date ledgers for all material suppliers, manufacturing units, and glass/stone vendors.

​Structured Vendor Payments: Manage and schedule vendor payouts according to agreed credit cycles, ensuring advance payments are adjusted correctly.

​Weekly Labor Wages: Coordinate with site supervisors to verify attendance, daily wages, or piece-rate contracts for carpenters, painters, electricians, and POP laborers. Disburse accurate weekly/fortnightly labor payments.

​3. Core Accounting & Cash Flow

​Daily Cash & Bank Tracking: Record all daily inflows (client stages/advances) and outflows (purchases/expenses) in Tally Prime or ERP software.

​Invoice & Bill Management: Collect, organize, and digitally file all tax invoices, cash memos, and labor receipts.

​CA Coordination: Keep all data and documentation perfectly structured for the company’s Chartered Accountant for monthly GST filing, TDS compliance, and final audit preparation.

​🎯 Key Requirements & Skills

​Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid accounting experience specifically within an interior design firm, architecture studio, or modular kitchen company in Hyderabad.

​Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and basic Google Workspace.

​Industry Knowledge: Must understand basic interior terminology (e.g., thickness of ply, types of laminates, top brands of hardware) to calculate estimates accurately.

​Traits: High integrity, extreme attention to detail, and a firm attitude to handle tough negotiations with vendors and labor contractors.
