Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and organized Assistant Manager – Administration for our Interiors & Real Estate company. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, handling vendor and staff coordination, and supporting management in smooth business operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
  • Coordinate with project teams, vendors, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations.
  • Maintain office records, documents, agreements, and files systematically.
  • Handle office purchases, inventory, and asset management.
  • Support HR activities including attendance, payroll coordination, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and official communications.
  • Monitor office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, MIS, invoices, and operational documents.
  • Handle petty cash, bill payments, and administrative expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Support project coordination and follow-up activities when required.
  • Required SkillsStrong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of office management and documentation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good reporting and follow-up skills.
  • Problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
  • QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in interiors, construction, or real estate industry.
