Assistant Teacher

Job description

Kumon is one of world's largest after-school Math and Reading enrichment program for children.

Looking for an Assistant Instructor who is good at primary school Math and English along with good communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision from the main Instructor, the individual may be expected to perform the following roles and/or tasks the instructor may deem as necessary for Centre operations:

1.Guide students in terms of their worksheet study.

2.Correction of the worksheets and their progress communication to the parents.

3.Updation of students record books and picking of the worksheets as per the plan.

4.Maintenance of the worksheet stock at the Centre.

5.Monthly reporting of the students worksheets consumed.

Qualifications and Skills

Positive attitude and a passion for working with children

Patient and the ability to motivate

Fundamental understanding of High School mathematics is a plus

Good communication Skills

Willingness to follow the Kumon method

Must be available to work between the hours

11:00 AM - 7:00 PM on Monday to Friday.
