Billing Executive

As a Billing Executive at Vigilant Technologies, you will be a key part of our operations team, supporting billing, purchase order creation, inventory updates, and backend coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized and eager to work in a fast-paced tech distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and verify sales invoices and purchase orders with accuracy
• Maintain and reconcile inventory records across multiple systems
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics for dispatches and billing follow-ups
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices, GRNs, and stock reports
• Maintain accurate billing documentation for audit and compliance
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payment updates
• Review and improve billing processes for efficiency
• Pay attention to detail to minimize errors and support smooth operations

Who Can Apply

• Graduates in B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or Accounts)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in billing, purchase orders and inventory management in similar industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting/billing software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, etc.)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
