Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Advertising, Web Design & Digital Marketing
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting business owners, presenting digital solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services such as:
- Website Design & Development
- UI/UX Design
- Branding & Advertising
- SEO Services
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal design and development teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools or sales trackers.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, branding, or software services is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Hyderabad and surrounding areas for client meetings.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in selling any of the following will be given preference:

- Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
