Business Development Manager (BDM)

🚀 We're Hiring — Business Development Manager | ARICU

ARICU is an evidence-based AI ICU command centre for Indian 

hospitals, built by a practising intensivist. We're growing fast 

and looking for someone to own our hospital relationships end to 

end.

📌 What you'll do:

- Connect with leads we hand you — doctors & hospital admins

- Give product demos (WhatsApp / video / in person)

- Negotiate and close subscriptions

- Onboard hospitals and train their teams

- Make sure doctors actually USE ARICU — drive adoption and stop 

 churn before it starts

- Own renewals and grow each account

✅ What we're looking for:

- Strong communicator who can earn a doctor's trust

- B2B sales / account management experience (SaaS or healthcare a 

 big plus)

- Fluent in English + Hindi/Telugu

- Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-moving startup

- Healthcare / hospital background = bonus

💰 Compensation:

- ₹10,000–₹20,000/month base

- Commission on every hospital you onboard

- Retention bonus for hospitals that stay and stay active

(Your real earning is in the commission + bonus — the more you 

close and keep, the more you make.)

📍 Remote (India) | Travel to hospitals as needed
