Job Description

Business Development Manager – Job RoleA Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and managing key customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the company's market presence, and contributing to overall revenue generation.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the business development team (if applicable).
