Core Duties
- Greet customers warmly and help them find seats.
- Know the menu well to answer questions and suggest items.
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Coordinate food and drink delivery with the kitchen and Cafe.
- Check in with guests to make sure they enjoy their food.
- Handle customer complaints or special requests calmly and quickly
Team and Floor Management
- Train, guide, and support junior servers and baristas.
- Inspect tables, seating areas, and counters for cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
- Manage table reservations and guest flow during busy hours.
- Handle billing, cash registers, and end-of-shift reports.
Requirements and Skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Friendly, polite, and professional communication skills.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role.
- Ability to stay calm and work fast during peak hours.
- High school diploma or a degree/diploma in hotel management
