Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and motivated CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and other electronic security solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IP/Analog CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cabling, networking, and security devices. The role requires field visits, technical problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & CommissioningInstall and configure CCTV cameras (IP & Analog), DVRs, NVRs, and monitoring systems.
• Install and commission Access Control Systems, Video Door Phones, and Biometric Attendance Systems.
• Perform cable laying, conduit work, and termination for surveillance systems.
• Configure network devices such as switches and routers required for CCTV systems.
• Maintenance & TroubleshootingDiagnose and resolve faults in CCTV cameras, DVR/NVRs, storage devices, and network connectivity.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.
• Replace or repair faulty equipment and components.
• Ensure all systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Field ServiceAttend customer service calls and installation assignments on time.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical requirements.
• Coordinate with customers during installation and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and demonstrations to clients after installation.
• Documentation & ReportingPrepare installation and service reports.
• Maintain records of maintenance visits, equipment replaced, and service activities.
• Update daily work reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
• Safety & ComplianceFollow company safety procedures while working on-site.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and installation materials.
• Maintain company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of CCTV Cameras (IP & Analog)
• DVR/NVR Installation and Configuration
• Networking Basics (TCP/IP, LAN, Switches, Routers)
• Cable Laying and Termination
• Access Control Systems
• Biometric Attendance Systems
• Video Door Phone Systems
• Fire Alarm System knowledge (Preferred)
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance
• Basic Computer Skills (MS Excel, Email, MS Word)
• QualificationsITI (Electrician/Electronics) / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 10th/12th Pass with relevant CCTV installation experience may also apply.
• ExperienceFresher to 3 Years: CCTV installation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, or Electronic Security Systems will have an added advantage.
