1. Center Incharge / IT Instructor (Full-Time)

Location: Balanagar, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Role Overview

Literacy India is looking for a dynamic and committed Center Incharge who can effectively manage center operations, lead the team, and deliver quality IT and digital literacy training to beneficiaries. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the education or social development sector, and the ability to use modern digital tools, including AI-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall functioning and administration of the center.

- Manage beneficiary enrolment, attendance, documentation, and reporting.

- Supervise trainers and support staff and ensure smooth implementation of programs.

- Conduct IT and digital literacy training sessions.

- Monitor learning outcomes and beneficiary progress.

- Coordinate with community members, stakeholders, and organizational teams.

- Maintain records, reports, MIS, and documentation as per organizational requirements.

- Utilize AI tools and Microsoft Office applications for reporting, planning, presentations, and data management.

- Support mobilization, community outreach, and beneficiary engagement activities.

- Ensure implementation of organizational policies and program guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (IT-related qualification preferred).

- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in education, training, social sector, or center management, Team leader.

- Prior experience in a leadership or team management role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, etc.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates from the IT sector or those who have previously managed teams will be preferred.
