Job Description

We are looking for skilled CNC Operators for CNC Turning / Lathe Machines who have good technical knowledge and hands-on experience in machine setup and operation with precision.

Candidates should be able to read and understand mechanical drawings, set tools, check dimensions, and ensure consistent production quality.

Knowledge of offsets, tool wear, and G & M code basics will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set CNC Lathe machines according to drawing and process requirements
  • Check part dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.)
  • Maintain accuracy, surface finish, and product quality
  • Record daily production details and follow safety and housekeeping standards

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CNC Turning / Lathe operation and setting
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments
  • Basic understanding of tool setting, offsets, and G & M codes
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience preferred

Work Schedule:

  • The role involves rotational night shifts, and candidates must be flexible with working hours.

उम्मीदवार को मैकेनिकल ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने, टूल सेट करने, माप जांचने और उत्पादन की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने में दक्ष होना चाहिए।

ऑफसेट, टूल वियर और G एवं M कोड का मूल ज्ञान होना अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।

जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • ड्रॉइंग और प्रक्रिया के अनुसार CNC लेथ मशीन का संचालन और सेटिंग करना
  • माप उपकरण (वर्नियर, माइक्रोमीटर, बोर गेज आदि) से माप जांचना
  • सटीकता, सतह की फिनिश और उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना
  • दैनिक उत्पादन विवरण दर्ज करना और सुरक्षा व सफाई के नियमों का पालन करना

आवश्यक कौशल:

  • CNC टर्निंग / लेथ संचालन और सेटिंग में दक्षता
  • इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने और माप उपकरणों का उपयोग करने की क्षमता
  • टूल सेटिंग, ऑफसेट और G एवं M कोड का मूल ज्ञान
  • न्यूनतम 2-7 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय है

कार्य समय:

  • यह पद रोटेशनल नाइट शिफ्ट (घूमने वाली रात्रि पाली) में रहेगा, इसलिए उम्मीदवार को समय के प्रति लचीलापन रखना आवश्यक है।
