Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
- Negotiate and arrange payment plans.
- Answer customer billing and payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow company policies and financial regulations while handling collections.
- Work towards achieving monthly recovery targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
- Prior telecalling or collection experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary:
- ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Attractive incentives up to ₹60,000
