Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiate payment solutions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical collection practices.
  • Prepare and analyze collection reports, productivity reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with finance, customer service, and other departments to resolve account-related issue
