Job Description
Contact customers via phone calls to remind them about pending payments.
Follow up regularly with customers for overdue accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Update collection status in CRM/software systems.
Escalate unresolved or disputed accounts to the concerned department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during collections.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
