Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
  • Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to independently generate content ideas that can attract organic reach and engagement.
  • Good project coordination and communication skills.
  • Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or kids-related brands will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative content ideas and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Research trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to create impactful content plans.
  • Build content calendars aligned with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Suggest reels, videos, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the production/content creation team to ensure content is executed according to the planned strategy.
  • Prepare content briefs, references, and guidelines for designers, photographers, videographers, and editors.
  • Review content before publishing and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements based on results.
