Job Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Corporate Sales Manager (Revenue Focus) | Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Inorbit Mall, Madhapur – Hitech City, Hyderabad
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Based on experience, current CTC & interview evaluation)
🕒 Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (as per business requirements)
📅 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
⚡ Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days preferred

Smaaash Entertainment is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to lead corporate partnerships, business development, and revenue generation initiatives for our Hyderabad operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets through corporate business development
• Acquire and manage corporate accounts across HR, Admin & decision-maker networks
• Generate opportunities for employee engagement, corporate events, team outings & group bookings
• Lead proposal creation, commercial negotiations, and deal closures
• Build long-term client relationships and maximize repeat business
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery
✅ Ideal Candidate:
• 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
• Proven track record in revenue generation and target achievement
• Experience in Hospitality, Events, Banquet, Entertainment, or Corporate Partnerships preferred
• Strong negotiation, presentation & stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
