Customer Feedback Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls to customers to conduct detailed interviews and collect structured feedback on product quality, packaging, health updates and overall experience.
• Data & Reporting: Accurately document all customer conversations and feedback in the CRM/tracking system. Compile and submit a detailed, analytical Weekly Feedback Report including key themes, sentiment analysis, urgent issue identification, and prioritized, specific recommendations for the Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
• Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements for call scripts and data collection methods.
• Quality Adherence: Maintain a highly professional, empathetic, and clear communication standard during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional Voice Communication: Fluent and highly articulate in [Specify Language, e.g., English and/or Hindi] with a clear, professional phone demeanor.
• Voice Process Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a voice-based customer service, market research, or outbound calling role.
• Analytical Reporting: Proven ability to synthesize qualitative data into professional reports (mandatory proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Core Skills: Superior Active Listening and excellent time management/organizational skills to handle high call volumes and meet strict weekly deadlines.
