Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide excellent service to customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Provide product/service information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain call records and customer details in the system.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, issues, or requests.
• Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English & Regional language).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).
• Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
