We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing support team!
📝 Open Positions:
• Customer Support (Inbound process & email, chat)
- Telugu, Hindi, English
- Kannada Process
- Malayalam Process
- Tamil Process
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via email and chat in the assigned language
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Escalate issues when required
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Good typing speed & basic computer knowledge required
• Proficiency in at least one listed language + English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
💰 Work Details:
• 6-day working, 1 week off
• Day Rotational shifts (depending on process)
