Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with excellent typing speed and strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Prepare, organize, and manage digital records and documents.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using Advanced Excel.
• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, and basic formulas.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required information.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• Excellent typing speed (minimum 40–50 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications1–2 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or administrative support.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or database management systems is an added advantage.
