Delivery Executive

Main ResponsibilityWe are looking for a reliable and experienced Delivery Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers while providing excellent customer service.

• Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment: Pick up items from the warehouse or designated hubs and deliver them to customers' locations following the most efficient routes.
• Verification: Ensure all packages are accounted for and check for any damages before heading out for delivery.
• Navigation: Use GPS and maps to navigate through traffic and find customer addresses accurately.
• Customer Interaction: Hand over packages to customers politely, collect payments (if applicable), and obtain digital or physical delivery signatures.
• Record Keeping: Update delivery status in the mobile app in real-time and maintain daily logs of mileage and fuel.
• Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept in good condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Specific RequirementsLicense & Vehicle: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle (Bike/Scooter).
• Tech Savvy: Ability to operate a smartphone and use delivery/navigation apps.
• Punctuality: Strong commitment to meeting delivery timelines and schedules.
• Local Knowledge: Good understanding of local geographical areas and traffic p
