Desktop Support Technician – Field Role

Product: Liquor Counter
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Field + Office Role
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance
We are hiring a Desktop Support Technician for Liquor Counter.
The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and should be able to install and set up Windows, MS Office, printers, scanners, internet, and other basic computer systems. Training on Liquor Counter will be provided at our office.

- Job responsibilitiesVisit customer stores for computer/system setup
- Install and configure Windows, MS Office, printers, scanners, and basic applications
- Set up desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile, or other devices as required
- Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, scanner, internet, and device issues
- Learn Liquor Counter setup and support after office training
- Train store staff on basic usage after setup
- Coordinate with office support team for issue closure
- RequirementsOwn bike and valid driving licence are mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Windows installation knowledge is preferred
- MS Office installation knowledge is preferred
- Printer/scanner setup knowledge is preferred
- Telugu communication is mandatory
- Comfortable travelling to customer locations daily
- Linux knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- Experience in desktop support, computer hardware, system formatting, printer support, IT support, or retail store support is an advantage
- Travel requirementCandidate should be based in Hyderabad and comfortable travelling daily to customer locations. Reporting office will be Gachibowli.
