E-Commerce Executive

Job Title:

Customer Support Executive – E-commerce (D2C & Marketplace)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage end-to-end customer interactions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, especially on Shopify-based D2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media
• Manage order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure quick and effective resolution
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/ticketing tools
• Support B2B lead generation and customer engagement activities
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and issues

Required Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability
• Basic understanding of logistics and shipment tracking
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or D2C platforms
• Experience in customer support (voice + non-voice)
• Ability to handle escalations and difficult situations
• Familiarity with CRM tools / ticketing systems
• Good understanding of e-commerce operations

Communication Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in social media customer support (Instagram, Facebook)
• Experience in Amazon / Quick Commerce platforms
• Basic knowledge of B2B lead generation

Experience:

• 1–3 years in Customer Support / E-commerce Support
• Freshers with strong communication & logical ability can be considered
