Job Description
*Job Title: EV Charging Station Operator*
*Location:* Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site accommodation provided)
*Job Summary:*
Operate and maintain EV charging stations for safe, efficient service. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring station reliability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist customers with charging via mobile apps and handle payments.
- Conduct inspections, basic maintenance, and safety checks on EV Chargers
- Maintain cleanliness and report issues promptly.
- Promote EV tech and safe practices.
*Requirements:*
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi.
- Customer service skills; mobile app proficiency; EV tech knowledge.
- Shift flexibility.
