Factory Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Incharge / Production Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our modular furniture manufacturing factory.

The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, material control, machine operations, quality checking, coordination with designers and site supervisors, dispatch planning, and ensuring that all projects are manufactured and delivered according to approved drawings, quality standards, and committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Management

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Review approved 2D drawings, BOQ, cut lists, and production requirements before starting production.
• Allocate work to machine operators, carpenters, helpers, and other factory staff.
• Monitor production progress every day.
• Ensure projects are completed according to committed timelines.
• Prioritize production based on site installation schedules.

2. Drawing & Cut List Verification

• Coordinate with the 2D designer and Design & Execution Manager.
• Verify drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, and hardware before production.
• Check cut lists before sending them for manufacturing.
• Identify drawing or measurement issues before material cutting.
• Avoid production errors caused by incorrect dimensions or specifications.

3. Manpower Management

• Manage machine operators, carpenters, helpers, polish teams, packing teams, and other factory workers.
• Allocate daily work and production targets.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Train workers on quality standards and production processes.
