Job Title: Field Collection Executive
A Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers at their locations to recover overdue payments, collect EMI installments, and resolve payment-related queries for banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies. The role involves daily field visits, customer interaction, negotiation, and maintaining accurate collection records while strictly adhering to legal and regulatory debt collection practices.
