Field Technician – Store Setup & Support
Company: Zambient Info Systems Pvt Ltd
Product: Liquor Counter
Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, Field + Office Role
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance
We are hiring Field Technicians to visit liquor stores and bars for billing system setup, device setup, user training, and basic troubleshooting.

- Job responsibilitiesVisit liquor stores and bars for store setup and support
- Set up billing system on desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile, or other devices as required
- Train store staff on billing, stock, reports, tab/mobile usage, and daily work
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to printer, scanner, internet, Android phone, computer, and billing system
- Coordinate with office support team for issue closure
- Follow up with customers until setup/support is completed
- RequirementsOwn bike and valid driving licence are mandatory
- Telugu communication is mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
- Comfortable travelling to customer locations daily
- Should be patient while training store staff
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Android phones, internet, printers, and scanners is preferred
- Experience in computer hardware, printer support, broadband support, CCTV installation, billing system support, or retail store support is an advantage
Location preferenceCandidates from Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Miyapur, Lingampally, Manikonda and nearby areas are preferred.
