GEM Tender Executive / Analyst

Job Titles & Roles:

·       Manages the entire tender lifecycle, from registration to bid participation.

·       Focuses on catalogue creation, listing management, bid participation, and reverse auctions on the portal.

·       Analyses tender documents, prepares bid submissions, handles compliance, and supports vendor/buyer interactions.

·       Professional preparation of technical and financial bids & L1 comparison expert.

·       Ensuring compliance with bid terms and conditions, such as warranty obligations and price validity. 

·       A higher-level role within GeM itself, involved in platform strategy and procurement. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Tender Management: Identifying tenders on GeM, CPPP, etc., studying documents, and preparing bids/BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

·       Portal Operations: Managing product listings, creating catalogues, participating in bids, handling L1 pricing, and running reverse auctions.

·       Compliance: Ensuring adherence to government procurement norms and portal guidelines.

·       Coordination: Liaising with government buyers, internal teams.
