Job Title: Male Receptionist – Hospital Front Office

Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Sai Deepa Hospitals, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

Sai Deepa Hospitals is hiring a professional and well-mannered male receptionist to manage front office operations and assist patients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide patients, visitors, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, patient registrations, and appointment bookings
• Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system
• Coordinate with doctors and departments to ensure smooth patient flow
• Support billing and administrative tasks as required
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use hospital/clinic software
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Integrity in handling confidential information

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Intermediate / Degree
• 1–2 years of experience in hospital or clinical front office preferred
• Male candidates only
