Job Description
Connect 2 Insure is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR & Admin Executive to handle recruitment, office administration, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Telecallers, Insurance Sales Executives, and Field Agents.
- Post job openings on Apna, Indeed, Naukri, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR files.
- Handle daily office administration and coordinate with staff.
- Ensure office discipline and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support management with reports and recruitment targets.
