Job Description

  • Human ResourcesHandle recruitment and onboarding for site staff, engineers, supervisors, and office employees
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Process payroll inputs, leave records, and statutory compliance
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety norms, and company policies
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff and workers
