Job Description
- Looking for an energetic HR Intern who wants real startup exposure beyond regular HR work.
- You’ll work directly with the CEO on recruitment, client coordination, talent operations, and business support activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, people interaction, hiring, and professional networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals & LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Support client communication and hiring coordination
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Assist in internship drives, onboarding & HR operations
- Work on client servicing and relationship coordination
- Support business development and talent engagement activities
- Handle professional communication through email, WhatsApp & LinkedIn
