IndiaMART Executive

Job Summary :-

We are looking for a fresher candidate (female preferred) for the role of IndiaMART Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, customer communication, and supporting sales activities through online platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Lead Management
• Handle all leads received from IndiaMART
• Respond quickly to direct leads and catalogue view leads
• Maintain and update lead status on a daily basis

Customer Handling & Communication

• Understand customer requirements clearly
• Share product details, photos, and videos with proper references
• Follow up regularly via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Sales Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with territory sales team for pricing, visits, and technical discussions
• Support the sales team in converting leads into orders

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of all leads and qualified leads
• Prepare daily reports and weekly summaries
• Track lost leads and identify reasons

Business Development

• Generate business through IndiaMART and existing contacts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Collect feedback and improve ratings on IndiaMART

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Freshers only (0–1 year experience)

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Ability to handle customers confidently
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
