Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a presentable and dedicated Female Sales Executive / Software Support Executive to join our team.

• Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Follow up with customers and close orders.
• Provide basic software support to customers.
• Coordinate with the technical team for installations and support.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
• Promote our products including Biometric Attendance Systems, Access Control Systems, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, Gate Automation, and other Automation Solutions.
• Requirements:Female candidates only.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Patience and willingness to learn.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Knowledge of MS Office and email communication preferred.
