Position: Financial Advisor / Insurance Agent
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Hours)
Compensation: Commission-based + Performance Incentives
Job PurposeTo identify potential clients, evaluate their financial goals, and recommend suitable LIC life insurance and investment plans to secure their future.
- Core ResponsibilitiesProspect and build a network of potential clients.
- Conduct financial need-analysis and recommend appropriate LIC policies.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and premium structures clearly.
- Assist clients with documentation, policy renewals, and claim settlements.
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Eligibility CriteriaAge: Minimum 18 years.
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (from a recognized board).
- Skills: Good communication, networking skills, and a self-motivated attitude.
- Licensing: Must clear the mandatory IRDAI IC38 exam (LIC provides the training).
