Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner.Understand customer requirements and guide them to the concerned section/team.Ensure customers are comfortably settled inside the store.Maintain positive customer interaction throughout the visit.Provide basic information about products, offers, and store services.Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth customer handling.Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the reception/front area.Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.Support store operations and customer engagement activities.
