Job Description

  • Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
  • Assist customers in selecting silver jewellery, provide product information, and deliver a warm, premium shopping experience.
  • Maintain product displays, handle billing support, and ensure the showroom is well-organized at all times.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain product knowledge and uphold Necheli's brand standards and customer service excellence.
