Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join Tara Edu Consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, running digital marketing campaigns, and generating leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and regularly update social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, promotional content, and digital marketing creatives.
• Plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Generate quality leads through social media and digital marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and other key metrics.
• Analyse campaign results and suggest improvements to increase engagement and lead generation.
• Coordinate with the design, counselling, and sales teams for content and campaign requirements.
• Maintain marketing reports and track campaign performance.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and digital marketing practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience or strong interest in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is preferred.
• Creative thinking and good content-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with experience in the Education / Study Abroad industry will be preferred.
