Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of Field Recovery Executives.
- Allocate delinquent accounts and recovery cases to team members.
- Monitor daily collection activities and ensure achievement of recovery targets.
- Conduct field visits for high-priority and escalated cases.
- Track team performance through MIS reports and recovery dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical recovery practices.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with operations, credit, and collection departments for effective case resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and recovery status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports for management review.
