Role Overview:

As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for managing dispatch, transportation, and delivery operations to ensure smooth movement of materials and products. You will coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily dispatch and transportation activities
• Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to clients/sites
• Maintain dispatch records, gate passes, and documentation
• Track vehicle movement and delivery status
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for dispatch planning
• Monitor logistics costs and optimize transportation expenses
• Handle loading/unloading coordination at plant locations
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability
• Attention to detail and documentation
• Willingness to work on-site and manage field operations

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 (based on experience)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Statutory Benefits: ESI & PF
