• 1. Supervision & Discipline Maintain discipline among hostel students (HOMOEOPATHY UG & PG).
• Enforce hostel rules, and code of conduct.
• Handle student complaints, conflicts, and misconduct cases.
• 2. Student WelfareAct as a guardian for students staying in the hostel.
• Provide support in personal, academic, or health-related issues.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians when necessary.
• 3. Hostel AdministrationManage room allotments and occupancy records.
• Maintain registers (attendance, visitors, leave records).
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of rooms and common areas.
• 4. Safety & SecurityEnsure hostel premises are safe and secure at all times.
• Monitor entry/exit of students and visitors (GATE PASS)
• Coordinate with security staff and take action during emergencies.
• 5. Coordination DutiesLiaise with college administration, hospital authorities, and faculty.
• Coordinate with mess/canteen staff for food quality and hygiene.
• Work with maintenance teams for repairs (electricity, plumbing, etc.).
• 6. Health & Emergency HandlingAssist students in medical emergencies (important in medical colleges).
• Coordinate with hospital departments for urgent care if needed.
• Ensure first-aid availability and medical kit in the hostel.
• 7. Inspection & ReportingConduct regular rounds and inspections of hostel rooms.
• Submit reports to higher authorities (Principal).
• Report disciplinary issues or infrastructure problems.
