We are hiring for Offline and Online Marketing Coordinator to drive on-ground user acquisition for JobPool. This role focuses on connecting directly with job seekers, businesses, and local communities to promote the app and increase registrations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses, shops, offices, and vendors to onboard employers onto JobPool

• Conduct field campaigns in areas like colleges, hostels, markets, and public places

• Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials

• Explain app benefits and assist users with app installation & registration

• Build relationships with HRs, shop owners, and small business owners

• Organize local promotional activities (camps, kiosks, small events)

• Collect feedback from users and report insights to the team

• Meet daily/weekly targets for user signups and employer onboarding

• Coordinate with internal team for campaign planning and execution

📊 Requirements

• 0–3 years experience in field marketing / sales / promotions

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English

• Comfortable with travelling within the city

• Confident in interacting with different types of people

• Basic smartphone knowledge (to help users install and use the app)
