Marketing Executive

The Retail Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and increasing sales of home textile products including bedsheets, towels, blankets, doormats, and pillows through retail stores and dealer networks. The role involves merchandising, promotional activities, retailer relationship management, market analysis, and ensuring product visibility at points of sale.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute retail marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Visit retail outlets regularly and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and shelf visibility in stores.
• Coordinate in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate replenishment requirements to the sales team.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Assist in launching new products and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Ensure branding materials, POP displays, and promotional assets are properly utilized in stores.
