Non IT Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter (Non-IT) Location: Ameerpet Experience: 1–3 Years (or as required) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various functions such as sales, operations, finance, HR, and manufacturing.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions
• Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer rollout and follow-ups with candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of non-IT job roles and hiring practices
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in non-IT recruitment
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
