Roles & Responsibilities

Reception & Visitor Management

• Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
• Maintain visitor records and inform concerned employees about visitor arrivals.

Reception Area Maintenance

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Arrange newspapers, magazines, and office materials neatly.

Office Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises.
• Coordinate routine cleaning activities and ensure a tidy workplace.

Pantry & Support Duties

• Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of tea, coffee, water, and other essentials.
• Support employees with day-to-day office assistance requirements.

Tea/Coffee Service

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry equipment and utensils.

Requirement

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Office Assistant, Office Boy, Peon.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Reception maintenance &assisting photocopy experience.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and support office operations efficiently.
